We are seeking a personable individual to work with clients as a Showing Agent.We’re a vibrant and very busy real estate brokerage in need of someone to host open-house properties in the area. If you’re a social “people-person” with an ambitious, vibrant, and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we’re interested in speaking with you! This position involves assisting with putting out signs and flyer boxes and measuring homes. Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes• Keep Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments• Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Present yourself in a professional manner• Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license• Bilingual Spanish/English• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• High school diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000+ yearly About Company: Founded in 2013, Dan Chin Homes established success by listening to customers' needs & implementing innovative marketing strategies.
