JOB OPENING: COLLISION CENTER SERVICE WRITER Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for automobiles? Our client is looking for a Collision Center Service Writer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care throughout the collision repair process. Responsibilities: Welcome customers to the collision center and assist with intake procedures Collaborate with technicians to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates Communicate with insurance companies to expedite claims processing Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and address any concerns promptly Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer interactions Uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction at every step Qualifications: 2 years of experience in service writing, preferably collision in an automotive environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office and estimating programs Knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance protocols preferred Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30 per hour Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Paid time off and company holidays Retirement savings plan with employer match Opportunities for career advancement and professional development If you're ready to join a team that values integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, apply now!
